Would you like to break free from past trauma and thrive in the present by having the tools to build resiliency and coping skills?

Depression, anxiety, panic attacks and phobias can all be related to traumatic life events.

Once only taught within the NHS, Fiona has now adapted this course and made it available for anyone who would like to learn the necessary skills required to enhance your own wellbeing.

Fiona will teach you how to become your own therapist so that you can:

  • Understand trauma

  • Learn how to self-manage

  • Learn how to reduce anxiety

  • Increase your self-esteem and self-compassion

You can do this and more with this unique 5 week course delivered to you via Zoom by Fiona MacAuley, an accredited nurse consultant and offshore mental health resiliency trainer.

Zoom sessions will take place on Mondays between 6.30pm-8pm. At the end of each session, there will be a Q&A session, where you can ask Fiona anything you are not sure of.

Course content will be delivered by email every week for your convenience.
