Fiona holds various Diplomas including, Clinical and pastoral counselling, Diploma in Mental Health Nursing with Distinction, a degree in Health Studies and Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. Fiona is a qualified mindfulness teacher with a special interest in compassionate mind training. 

 

Fiona is an accredited Consultant and supervisor with EMDR Europe and Ireland and is  a mental health nurse. She attends regular supervision in all areas of trauma with Theresa McGoldrick, former head of trauma Service, Forth Valley NHS.

 

Fiona has extensive expertise in psychological therapies to help with various problems including but not limited to: Anxiety, Panic, Social Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Life Event Trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Phobias, Depression, Childhood Abuse. Chronic Pain and Fatigue, Low Self-Esteem and Occupational Distress.
